The elephant art project was started by HQ Group Co.,Ltd in 2000 and right up until the end of 2005 HQ Group was responsible for the preparation, marketing and delivery of elephant art. They did a great job of promoting elephant art. Now I have been given the responsibility, from January 2006, of taking this project to another level as an independent business.

HQ Group was established in Thailand in 1994 and it consists of HQ PaperMaker, a handmade and milled mulberry paper manufacturer and HQ Art Gallery, a physical and virtual gallery that promotes contemporary art by young talented Thai artists. HQ Group has over 2,000 customers for paper and art in over 80 countries around the world and The Elephant Art Gallery has the considerable benefit of being closely associated with this successful company as a satellite or ‘sister’ business.

Although we are an independent business, HQ Group has a financial interest in The Elephant Art Gallery and is totally responsible for order fulfilment of paintings purchased from The Elephant Art Gallery. When you place an order with us online, payment will be made by credit card to HQ Group and the staff at HQ Group will pack and ship your order to you promptly using their established system.

Our elephant art is also displayed at the physical HQ Art Gallery in Chiang Mai alongside paintings by humans and it can be viewed and purchased from there at any time that you are in Chiang Mai.
